About Us

We are a small restaurant in Kyoto with a “Bib Gourmand” rating in the Michelin Guide to Osaka Kyoto 2022, 2023.

Our menu is based on French cuisine.

For us, it is important that the original taste of each ingredient can be appreciated. Although the oven and frying pans are used in the preparation of dishes, on the evening, for the actual cooking of fish, meat, vegetables and bread, only Kishu-binchotan charcoal is used. (Kishu-binchotan is a speciality of Wakayama Prefecture. It is a high-grade charcoal made from the ubame oak tree. By using Kishu-binchotan, food is cooked in a more savoury and juicy manner).

The restaurant has a warm and relaxing atmosphere with wooden furniture and vintage accessories.

Please enjoy your meal in our restaurant.
